Pine Creek Golf Club
Opened in the Spring of 1988, Pine Creek Golf Club is one of the finest public golf course in Colorado Springs and is consistently ranked among the top ten public courses in Colorado. Designed by noted golf course architect Richard Phelps, this 18 hole championship course is both physically and mentally demanding. It offers two to five tee boxes per hole, and ranges from a front-tee length of 5,314 yards to over 7,194 yards for the professional tees. Constructed on 200 acres winding through the Pine Creek Valley, the course features natural grasslands and wandering creek beds that come into play on 15 of the 18 holes. On the front nine, you'll be challenged by the canyon-style course, while the back nine features an American-style links course. Adding to the challenge are a variety of trees, lakes, bunkers, and 376 feet of elevation change. Each hole offers breathtaking views of Pikes Peak, the Front Range, and the entire skyline of Colorado Springs.
Wolf Ranch, Colorado Springs
Wolf Ranch is a dynamic, new community in Colorado Springs, with neighborhoods master-planned around the way families want to live and a community council to help weave a strong social fabric. The community offers fine views of the Rocky Mountain Front Range. Ultimately, Wolf Ranch will feature a town center, over 300 acres of open space and parks, 10 miles of trails, a 14-acre lake and a variety of community recreation amenities, including swimming pools. Wolf Ranch opened in January, 2004, and offers 18 model homes from 7 quality new home builders. Eventually there will be approximately 8,000 homes built in the community over a 15 to 20 year period.

The boundaries of Wolf Ranch are west at Powers Boulevard, on the east by Black Forest Road, on the north by Old Ranch Road, and the southern boundary is Cottonwood Creek.

Cordera is Briargate's newest amenity-rich residential community located off 1-25 and Briargate Parkway, just east of Powers. Part of the original Briargate Master Plan, Cordera represents the third major residential phase of Briargate project build-out. Cordera is a new community that epitomizes the Colorado Springs lifestyle with spectacular views of the Black Forest and Pikes Peak and equally spectacular homes from Colorado’s finest homebuilders. There is also an extensive 4.5 mile inter-linking trail system, four wonderfully-themed neighborhood parks, and plans soon for an amenity-packed Community Center featuring a pool and splash area. Cordera is a comfortable, visually appealing place to live. Cumbre Vista, Colorado Springs
